Хорошо владеть английским языком это умение соединять слова вместе - в словосочетания, фразы и обороты. Соединять в уникальном и даже в строгом порядке, так как это делают носители языка. Ведь по-русски “вода течет” а по-английски “вода бежит” water runs , по-русски “дождь сильный”, а по-английски он же тяжелый heavy rain.

- voicemail - автоответчик
- leave a voicemail message - оставить сообщение на автоответчике
- record a voicemail message - записать сообщение на автоответчике
- retrieve messages - прослушать (извлечь) сообщения
- return a call - вернуть звонок
- spell (out) your name - произнести имя по буквам
- nature of a call - причина звонка
- extension number - добавочный номер (например: 416-667785, ext.124)
- toll-free number - бесплатный (телефонный) номер (не надо платить за сделанный звонок)
- landline - наземная линия связи
